Dog Man gets sprayed by a skunk and the smell washes off, but not before a dunk in tomato juice leaves him permanently scarlet red. Exiled by the very citizens he once protected, he has to fight to win back their trust while an all-new villain unleashes an army of A.I. robots on the town.
